The Lipscomb men's golf team finished 14th in the inaugural Larry Nelson Collegiate Invitational at the Woodlands Course at Chateau Elan Resort in Braselton, Ga.

The event was hosted Monday and Tuesday by Kennesaw State University and the Gwinnett Sports Commission.

Cody Hale was top 20 finisher for the Bisons, tying for 18th with a three-round score of 229 (80-76-73), 16 over par.

Brandon Mundie tied for 48th with a score of 240 (84-76-80).

Cory Parkinson and Clint Suggs both tied for 54th with a score of 242. Parkinson's scores were 80, 80 snd 82. Suggs opened with an 80 and finished with back-to-back rounds of 81.

Parker Beck tied for 64th with a 251 (86-84-81).
