Josh Cummings was born in Meagne, Italy and is the son of Dean and Concetta Cummings. He has one sibling; Jonah, age 10.

Josh graduated from Liceo Scientifico, where he played tennis for Coach Luigi Pisoni.

Josh was given the award of "High School Athlete of the Year" in 2006.

Josh enjoys the band Coldplay and hopes to one day travel the world.
