The women's golf team finished the 2006-07 campaign Wednesday at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championship at Keith Hills Country Club in Buies Creek, N.C.

The Lady Bisons shot a 142-over 1006 (332-331-343) in the 54-hole tournament to finish in 8th place.

Ashlee Catlin turned in the best performance for Lipscomb finishing the tournament tied for 23rd place. She shot a 24-over 240 (80-79-81) on the par 72 course.

Brie Rowden finished at 30-over with 246 strokes (77-85-84) to finish with 246 strokes. Finishing in 36th place, Liz Austin shot a 43-over 259 (89-82-88).

Marie Fillers shot 261 strokes (86-85-90) to finish 45-over. Brittney Beard shot a 54-over 270 (91-89-90) to finish in 39th place.

Campbell University won the team championship shooting a 34-over 899. Campbell's Alejandra Shaw won the individual championship shooting 212 for 4-under.

Lipscomb's best finish of the year was 12th place in fall competition at the Troy Women's Invitational.
